Welcome.

Within this site you’ll find a selection a projects and achievements that demonstrate my skills and passions.

From a professional perspective, I have accumulated a wealth of experience in project and program management within industry leading companies. From professional services to consumer package goods to education, I have consistently delivered real impact while working with stakeholders across all levels.

Personally, my passion lies in sustainability and climate change mitigation. My aim is to leverage these experiences into a sustainability and climate change role at an organization that moves the needle.

Ongoing Education

I am currently enrolled in 2 different programs to strengthen my understanding of the challenges and solutions in climate change, sustainability and social responsibility.

Combined with recent courses in project management and data analytics, I bring a wide array of skills and knowledge to teams.

Recent Projects

The recent projects below have were chosen to showcase my technical skill and exploration into climate change, sustainability and social responsibility. Utilizing data analysis, research, AI applications and, most importantly, personal experience I have selected specific problems and sought to find solutions.

GTA Tree Density & Flood Incidents

Using tree data and historic flood incident data, I explore whether there is correlation between tree density and flood incidents across Toronto’s wards.

I seek to understand if trees can be part of the ongoing fight against extreme weather events and property protection?

Circular Economy Study

This is an ongoing research project based on real world experiences. I am studying the informal circular economy within parenting communities in Toronto.

Using primary data, I plan to estimate and quantify the impact of this circular economy from a financial and environmental perspectives to an average household.

Global Methane Tracker

Utilizing AI, I built a functional and methane tracker that updates in real time showing the top sources of methane across the globe.

Filters allow for users to understand the varying sources and scales of methane emissions.

Methane has an outsized affect on climate change and stopping unnatural sources would contribute greatly to global climate goals.

Volunteering

Riverdale Community Hub

The Riverdale Community Hub is a multifunctional space hosting a non-profit, gallery, cafe and roof garden, and over the past couple of years I have volunteered in the garden. This fully organic roof garden is used as both a source of produce for the Hub cafe as well as an educational space for the community.

The garden is a great space that I love spending time in, it also supports a green roof, solar array and rainwater harvesting system.

More recently, I have supported the Hub with project management as they look to launch workshops. I worked with the Executive Director to create a budgeting tool and project plans.

TAG Green Team & Earth Day Event

After joining The Adecco Group (TAG) Green Team, I initiated and planned an Earth Day event with global sustainability leadership. This event was open to all TAG employees from 3 different organizations to learn more about Earth Day and what TAG was doing to support global sustainability initiatives.

We worked with the Global Sustainability SVP and Global Sustainability Manager to share TAG priorities and areas of opportunity for sustainability initiatives to more than 100 colleagues.
